Orange Sunrise

So here's what I learned about juicing peppers over the course of my fast...juices that have peppers taste fantastic RIGHT AFTER THEY ARE JUICED.  If you make a bunch and let it sit all day, you will basically be drinking straight peppers after the first serving.  So while I love recipes like this, I would definitely stick to this recipe and drink it fresh...don't try to increase the amounts.

The Orange Sunrise Juice. Its beautiful colorful and nutrient-packed properties are sure to brighten your day. Just looking at this juice can enhance your spring-like energizing mood and it goes beyond that. Ingredients:
2 orange bell peppers (capsicum), seeded
1 naval orange, peeled
4 carrots
1 large handful of fresh pineapple chunks
1 lemon, peeled

Directions:1.) Add all ingredients through juicer.

2.) Pour over ice and enjoy!
